LETS TRAVEL: KUMBHALGARH

When i reached the hill station what i saw was mesmerizing , i saw the typical rajasthani culture, i saw men wearing traditional pagari , which were flat from the top,which is the typical mewari style .Women were dressed up in typical rajasthani style lenghas colored ,bright pink,yellow,red,blue,orange they were decked up in heavy silver jewelry,i saw what i read in books or articles, moving on i was here too see the fortress, basically the great wall of India and second largest in the world.

Kumbhalgarh Fort 

The fortress is situated on the aravalli  hills near udaipur district rajasthan  . when you reach near the  fortress,the fortress becomes suddenly invisible ,but luckily the road led us their.

when i reached their i saw the 2nd longest wall in the world , it was massive,it had stairs which lead us to the top of the wall.Reaching at top i looked at the fort . it was huge like massive , i have not seen anything like this before , it was the best day of my life , then we took a trip to the highest building of the fortress the badal mahal . We took the way up to the palace , when we reached the top it was windy , it did't feel like I'm in rajasthan , the most surprising part for me was when we went on top of the badal mahal as i looked down the hill what i saw was the thar desert and the other side was green, it was a forest , a dense forest .this was the best view i had seen ever .

Facts about the fort

• It is a World Heritage Site included in Hill Forts Of Rajisthan. Built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. 
• The fort is also known to be the birthplace of Maha Rana Pratap.
• Built on a hilltop 1,100 m (3,600 ft) above sea level on the Aravalli range, the fort of Kumbhalgarh has perimeter walls that extend 36 km (22 mi), making it the second longest walls in the world.

Next morning we went for the jungle safari,entering the forest we saw many birds, which we rarely see around us, moving on we saw chinkaras  then moving more densely into to jungle we saw hyenas , now we were in search of lions and leopards .As moved dense and dense into the forest we became impatient finally we saw a saw the leopard he was behind the trees, he was staring at us but he did't move. we finally reached back we were very tired , we went back to the resort and enjoyed the rest of the day there.
